Design Notes

According to the characteristics of reported GPI anchored proteins, we selected potential GPI anchored proteins from Candida tropicalis genome through bioinformatics. Then, after preliminary identification by fusion of green fluorescent protein (EGFP) and potential GPI anchored proteins, later through immunofluorescence and Western bolt the subcellular location was determined.
